When booking the website was a bit hard to follow. Seemed like there were multiple websites and could not figure out what the "official" website was, making us hesitate on booking.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. the staff was top-class and attentive. - the location was central, very close to Union Square, all tourist attractions, and the cable cars.

It's a wonderful family-friendly hotel with comfortable and decent location in Downtown San Francisco district very close to union square, china town and powell street and central San Francisco. The in-house restaurant for breakfast is what you need. Offers excellent service and good food.

I was on the sixth floor overlooking the fifth floor patio. Windows were not thick enough and I was kept up at night with loud conversations below me and woken early in the morning by screaming kids.

Excellent room size and very unusual for USA city. Great to have fridge, microwave and utensils etc. available particularly with young family. Very near to shopping, restaurants, public transport etc. Area very safe and we felt very comfortable there.

The location of this place was great, with Chinatown just a short walk away and our room had a cozy bed with a lovely view.

Staff was great, the bar needs to upgrade their television to HD and get the lakers and sports channels, I would spend time and money there

You have to get paid parking , which is very close. Lobby needs improvement. It does not reflect the good quality of hotel.

It was great place for travelling to San Francisco, I was glad to stay there. The personnel was welcoming and really good. The breakfast was free and had a wide array of options. It had very central location close to Curran Theatre. There was a wide array of bars and restaurants.
